Maia joined our practice four years ago and had 17 years of experience in her field. She genuinely loves to see our patients’ smiles, particularly after our services have helped them reclaim their oral health and confidence. At the youthful age of 17, Maia began dental assisting directly after graduating from Norfolk Senior High, with on-the-job training that still serves her well today. She earned her degree from Hamilton College and firmly believes in the value of continuing education. She says her family is fun, outgoing, crazy, and always on the go!
During her free time, Maia enjoys boating, walking, and spending time with her active family, which includes her three brothers, six nephews, her niece, and her cat and dog, Skittles and Boo.
After a career as a middle school language arts teacher, Valorie joined our team during the summer of 2016. She enjoys welcoming patients to the office, as well as performing the varied tasks necessary to run an efficient office.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Valorie and her husband Richard have three adult children.
Originally from Nebraska City, Katelyn moved to the Lincoln area in 2017. Katelyn studied Dental Hygiene at Iowa Western. Katelyn joined Superior Dental Health in the Spring of 2017.
Her favorite thing about working with Superior Dental Health is that she gets the opportunity to work with an excellent team! She also loves being able to learn from everyone at Superior Dental Health and grow as a hygienist.
In her free time, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her cat Meera, Camping, Hiking, Kayaking, anything outdoors!
Charli is the SDH Marketing Director, and she is originally from Craig, Nebraska. She attended Oakland-Craig High School and from then on she attended Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska where she studied Business and Marketing. She moved to Lincoln in 2017 and absolutely loves it here.
In her spare time, she loves to be outdoors either hunting, working out, or running with her dog Gunner. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family and making Pinterest crafts.
As one of our registered dental hygienists, Ashley enjoys working with people and helping them achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. She has ten years of hospitality, eight years of insurance and six years in dentistry. Ashley began working in dentistry in 2011 and joined Superior Dental Health in March 2017. Ashley is originally from Northwest Missouri.
Her favorite part about working for Superior Dental Health is that it gives her the ability to grow and sharpen her mental and clinical skills. She loves that she gets overwhelming support from the Superior Dental Health team as well.
As one of our dental assistants, Stephanie most enjoys building great relationships with patients and, of course, providing superior care. Originally from Omaha, she attended Northwest High School, UNO, and Metropolitan Community College. She is certified by the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB).
Stephanie comes from a small — but great — family. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and hanging out with family and friends. Stephanie is also a huge dog lover!
Julie brings over 20 years of experience to Superior Dental Health. She graduated from Southeast Community College in Lincoln with a degree in Dental Assisting and hadn't stopped learning since. She loves the teamwork in our office. "When you have team players, it makes the care and treatment enjoyable and comfortable for our patients."
Julie has two children (a son and daughter) and a dog, and she enjoys spending time with them all. In her spare time, Julie enjoys the outdoors, swimming, camping, fishing and bon fires. Her favorite past time is cooking. Julie enjoys cooking as it allows her to try new things.
Ashton is an experienced dental hygienist who grew up in Blair. She began working for Superior Dental Health in 2016 and has six years of experience. Ashton graduated from Iowa Western Community College in 2010 and cleaned teeth like a boss! She enjoys getting to know our patients on a personal and professional level. She strives to help our patients achieve a healthy smile and assist them to understand that coming to the dentist is not a scary mission! Ashton is proud to work with a friendly staff and truly enjoys coming to work every day!
Ashton lives in Fort Calhoun and has been married for five years. She and her husband have an adorable dog, Copper. Ashton enjoys outdoor activities like camping, boating, and fishing, as well as crafting and baking. She is always looking for new fun recipes and projects on Pinterest!
After being a stay at home mom and working for three years at Fremont Health as a Phlebotomist and Lab Assistant, Tina joined our team during the spring of 2017. She takes joy in welcoming patients to the office, as well as performing the varied tasks necessary to run an efficient office.

Tammy is originally from Sioux City Falls, South Dakota and now resides in Blair, Nebraska. Before being a Dental Assistant Tammy was a stay at home mom for nine years. She then went on to school and attended Omaha College of Health Careers to study Dental Assisting.
When she isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Mark and five kids, along with her eight grandbabies. She loves spending time on the softball/baseball field, volleyball court and watches her daughter cheer on her brother when he is playing football.
