SDH Community Involvement

Here at Superior Dental, our Vision is “Improving lives, serving others.” We believe this to our core, and it's the guiding principle as to why we do what we do, and who we choose to donate to! We believe that improving the lives of people will make an impact, and a greater impression on their future. This is why we do an annual food drive, Smiles for Freedom, and give to charities to help children and families. Giving is truly better than receiving, and our main goal is to make an impact to brighten the futures of those in our community. Take a look below to see some of the ways we have given back!

Lydia House Toothbrush Donation!

In July, our patient, Jeanne H from our Omaha office asked if we would be willing to donate toothbrushes to the Lydia House. We were happy to help, and donated over 100 toothbrushes for back-to-school bags for the children at the Lydia House! We certainly hope that this donation will impact the lives of children this year! Thank you for asking us to participate, Jeanne!

Serving those that serve one smile at a time

Smiles for FREEdom is designed to provide free dental care to veterans,
and/or active duty military service members or other emergency
responders based on their community needs.

On November 9th, 2018, Superior Dental Health in Blair teamed up with a non-profit organization

to give back to those who have given so much for us!

Serving those that serve one smile at a time

The Smiles For Freedom event is relevant not only to the Lincoln community but the entire surrounding areas including Gage, Douglas, and Platte counties in Nebraska. There are insufficient events for veterans in need and SDH Smiles For Freedom event offers treatment to veterans that may not have access to dental care.

More than 42 million Americans, including 1 in 6 children, struggle with food insecurity each day. Hunger exists in every state, country, and congressional district in the United States. Food banks across the United States and Canada rely on the donations they recieve from food drives to help keep their shelves stocked. Superior Dental Health loves the feeling of being able to help others in need. So the team decided to have a food drive because it's great way to raise awareness about hunger and can help inspire others to take action!
